1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All standard orders will be shipped in one to two business days from the day you place your order.
Generally, all orders are received in 3-8 days after that.

We ship from Mumbai, Maharashtra.

3. How can I track my order?

We ship by these delivery services-

They send a message on your phone number with the tracking g details that can tracked on their website.
Delhivery

You can go to Delhivery’s website and track your order using your phone number.

4. I was not at home when the order arrived. What can be done?

In cases when the receiver is not present at the location, the package gets sent back to us. In case of re-shipping, charges will apply.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No.

6. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Sorry we don’t accept returns. Please be sure while placing your order.

8. I received different product than I had ordered. What to do?

In case your receive a wrong/damaged product, please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at info@liaana.com within 24 hours.

9. An item is missing from my order. What to do?

Please reach us on our Instagram or write to us at info@liaana.com within 24 hours. There’s a possibility that a part of your order was shipped on a different day or there was a mistake while packing from our side.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment:

Currently accepting payment through upi, paytm, google pay, phonepe, bank transfer.
Kindly DM for details.

No COD, returns, refunds, exchange, cancellations (when product is in transit).
Shipping worldwide, orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of placing the order.

3. Note:

Order cancellation request to be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order.
Order cannot be cancelled once the garment has been shipped.

Returns or exchanges will only be done in case you received a damaged product in an unlikely event.
If the product received is damaged or different than what you ordered then you may raise a return request with a supporting video of the defect within 48 hrs from the date of delivery of the product & the garment returned should be unused and with original tags/packaging.

Refund will be credited after we receive the product back in genuine condition.
Refund process will take 24-48 hrs.

Customer have to bear courier charge for returning the product.

4. I received a damaged product. What to do?

  • Select the desired Currency from the available options (Select USD if your currency isn’t there).

  • Go to "Wallet" Section &  you  will see an option to pay with "PayPal".
  • Seamlessly pay using your PayPal account.

2. CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD

  • Select the option that says ”Cashfree Payments” at the checkout.
  • You can use this option to pay using your Credit/Debit Card
  • Kindly note that the Checkout will be done in INR Only, but your card company will do the necessary conversions.
  • Make sure that you have activated International Payments  & your card has 3D Security activated.
  • You can pay using any card belonging to any bank in the world.
